For your presentation and preparation of the agenda we need from you:

1. Presentation name
2. Urban Lab
3. PowerPoint presentation
   Orientation: Landscape / 16:9
   Maximum size: 300 MB
   File format: ppt or pptx

Deadline for uploading the presentation: May 15, 2022
The presentation must be uploaded in advance of the conference via our event planning system.
In the case of a hybrid lab, we provide you with a virtual meeting room via our conference platform UTC for the duration of your presentation.

Preparation of your presentation
Please prepare a PowerPoint slide presentation as the basis for your presentation. Your PowerPoint presentation should be created in 16:9 aspect ratio and should not exceed the maximum size of 100 MB. Please disclose any potential conflicts of interest at the beginning of your presentation or indicate that there are no conflicts of interest.

By submitting your contribution, you agree to the publication of your material as part of the 8th Urban Thinkers Campus Mannheim. The presentation slides are available to registered participants of the UTC as a PDF download. Live presentations will be partially recorded and will be available to the public after the event. Presentations are protected prior to the event and can only be accessed via the secure conference platform.
